New Option to Manage Automatic Copy of Recordings and Chats in wolkvox Storage #

Two new options have been added to the wolkvox Storage configuration within wolkvox Manager:

  • Automatic Copy of Recordings (Check button).
  • Automatic Copy of Chats (Check button).

These options allow enabling or disabling the automatic copying of call recordings and chats to each customer’s wolkvox Storage account.

Functionality:

  • If the customer already has wolkvox Storage activated, the check buttons will be enabled by default, maintaining the automatic copying of recordings and chats.
  • If the customer does not have wolkvox Storage activated, the check buttons will be disabled, and they can enable them once the service is activated.

This update provides greater flexibility and control over the storage of recordings and chats in wolkvox Storage, allowing each operation to:

  • Better manage storage space.
  • Optimize costs and resources more efficiently.
