This component is used to send a desktop notification message to the agent. It is typically used to notify the agent about the current step of the customer’s journey after transferring them to a vox flow.
It is located in the component group called “Basics” and is only available in “Voice” type routings.
In the “Notify Agent Text” field, you should write the text that you want to send as a notification to the agent.
You can use the component in each step of the route to notify the agent, for example, when a customer has entered their ID number, accepted a discount, or other options. Simply place the component after the component that contains the action you want to track. For example, after a “Get Data” component to notify the agent that the user has entered the requested numeric information.
