This component serves as a connection or link when you have a flow design where the links intersect, making it visually awkward. It is also useful when you have a component from which multiple branches emerge, and without this component, those branches would be very close together.
It is located in the “Design” components group and is available in all routing point types (Voice, Interaction, Chat, and CRM + Webhook).
Simply connect the components to the “Stone” component. This will serve as a connector.
Compare the following image with the image where the “Stone” component is used and observe the differences in the highlighted area and how the flow design improves. In the following image, you can see that the “PULSE” route is crossing with the route of option “1” from the menu.
In the following image, you can see the use of the component, which gives a more attractive and organized touch to the flow. It simply works as a connector since there are no parameters to set within the component. Without the existence of this component, the components would have to be directly connected in a disorganized and visually unappealing manner.
