Change in the web chat configuration of Wolkvox Manager for chat closure. #
- Previously, to set the inactivity time after which a chat would be closed, it could be configured from wolkvox Manager Settings > Omni Channel > WEB Chat > Configuration.
- From now on, any chat that exceeds 23 hours since it started will be closed.
- Therefore, the section of the WEB Chat service configuration for omnichannel has been removed to establish the elapsed minutes before ending the chat.
