This component is used to transfer the call to another operation or module. It is used when the operations are on different servers. If they are on the same servers, the “Transfer to extensions” component should be used.

It is located in the component group called “Basics” and is available only for the “Voice” routing type.

 


 

Configuration #

  1. Enter the name of the destination operation, i.e., where you want to transfer the call.
  2. You need to enter a token generated from the destination operation.
  3. Click “Validate token” to verify that the token is correct.
  4. Select a skill or IVR (from the destination operation) to which you want to transfer the call.
  5. Click the “Save” button to apply the component configuration.

To transfer the collected information from one operation to another, you will need to attach each variable that contains all the information you need to transfer to the other operation. To do this, you can use the “Attach” component before calling the “Transfer to operation” component.
