This component is used to send text messages to mobile phones. For example, it can be used in conducting mass campaigns or when it is necessary to send important information during a call.

It is located within the component group called “Basics” and is available for all types of routing (voice, Interaction, Chat, and CRM + Webhook) and Agent Scripting.

 


Configuration #

  1. In the “Phone” field, you should enter the phone number to which the text message will be sent. You can also write a variable that contains the mobile phone information of each client. Phone numbers should include the prefix configured in the operation.
  2. In the “Message” field, you write the text message you want to send. Here, you can include variables to replace placeholders with their respective values. Using variables in the message allows for greater personalization. For example, you can write a variable that contains the name of each client, a discount value, among others. Due to cost reduction, the system does not support certain special characters such as accents.
  3. Click the “Save SMS” button to apply the component’s configuration.
