It is important to mention that in order to use all the benefits of these voices, you must recompile the routing voices in which you already have them, if this is your case. When converting text to speech using wolkvox, you have more than 500 voices to choose from the one that best represents your company’s identity. In addition, from this version of the platform, you will be able to customize your own voice if you prefer. Just follow the steps below. Click the icon to add your custom TTS voice.
A window will pop up with instructions on how to create it. Start by choosing the language; Then, indicate the name of the person lending their voice to the audio and give the voice a name as such. Finally, you’ll need to provide a 1-minute audio and our system will create a custom voice based on it. To do this, use the Text to read space, at the bottom you will see a player to record and test the result before uploading it. Once you’ve uploaded the audio, our system will automatically create your custom voice. An easy and fast process that adapts to the needs of your operation!

Visualize the AHT indicator in the Skills_Services reports #
In order to always have information about the performance of your agents at your fingertips, we added the AHT (Average Handling Time) column in the Skills_Services reports. Specifically, in reports 4. Calls and service level per hour, 4.1. Calls and level of service by 30-minute intervals and 4.2. Calls and level of service by 10-minute intervals. AHT is the most common metric used by contact centers to measure the efficiency of their service, as it allows them to know the duration of each transaction that an agent makes.
