  • “wolkvox Security” is a tool that allows you to apply specific security measures to certain aspects of passwords for users and agents of “wolkvox Manager” in order to control and improve their security. Thanks to this new tool, your operation will enter into complete security to safeguard all processes.
  • Note: On free, shared, and dedicated servers, this tool will be optional, and activation of the service will depend on the administrator of your operation.
  • Note: On PCI servers, this tool will always be active, does not require initial activation, cannot be deactivated, and the various options that the tool provides cannot be disabled.
  • Note: The activities presented in the tool will be recorded in the “Audit Log” section.

 

 

  1. Password reuse control: The last 4 passwords cannot be reused when changing a password.
  2. Mandatory password change every 90 days: After 90 days since the last password change, the user will be prompted to change their password.
  3. Password change on first use: When logging in for the first time, the user will be prompted to change their password. Similarly, when resetting a password for a user in wolkvox Manager, they will be prompted to change their password.
  4. Password change for agents: Agents can change their own password without depending on the operation administrator.
  5. The minimum password length is 10 characters and the maximum length is 20 characters. At least one uppercase, one lowercase, one digit, and one special character must be included: ! # % & * @ %.
  • Note: these options apply to both wolkvox Manager and wolkvox Agent users.

 

 

 

 The data won’t be lost when switching between campaign types. #

  • Previously, when changing the campaign type from preview to predictive or vice versa, the stored data in the campaign was lost, requiring the lists of records to be uploaded again.
  • Now, you can change the campaign type without fear of losing the data of the uploaded lists.
  • Thanks to this new feature for campaigns, you will not lose your information when switching between campaign types.
  • Important: This applies to campaigns created from this version (20230510) of the wolkvox Manager application. Campaigns created in previous versions will maintain the characteristic of losing data when changing the campaign type.

 

 

 

New improvement in wolkvox Studio error messages #

  • Significant improvement in error messages in wolkvox Studio.
  • There has been a significant improvement in the error messages delivered by wolkvox Studio when there is an error in your flow after compiling it.
  • After displaying the error message, the system opens the component that contains the error so that you can make the necessary changes according to the instructions in the message.
  • Thanks to this new feature, you will optimize your time in flow design and gain more independence when troubleshooting errors.
  • This improvement applies to all types of routing points (Voice, Interaction Routing, Chatbot, and CRM + Webhook + Cron + VOC Analytics).
  • Additionally, this enhancement applies to all components of the different types of components.
