  • Users can now trial the Wolkvox Manager and Agent applications for up to 60 days, with the ability to create up to 18 agents.
  • This extended trial period allows users more time to explore and evaluate the features and capabilities of the Wolkvox applications.

 

Increase in the number of campaign records per license #

  • Starting from this version, the number of records that a campaign can have per license has been increased..
    • Operations on shared servers can have up to 8800 campaign records per license.
    • Operations on dedicated servers can have up to 10560 campaign records per license.
  • Thanks to this increase, greater flexibility is provided to run larger and more effective campaigns in order to achieve improved performance and results in various operational activities.

 

Increase in the number of active campaigns per license #

  • The formula to calculate the number of predictive campaigns running that an operation can have on a shared server will be as follows:
    • (Number of licenses / 5) + 2
  • For an operation on a dedicated server, the formula will be as follows:
    • (Number of licenses / 3) + 2
  • Thanks to this enhancement, a wider variety of marketing and communication strategies can be addressed. With more predictive campaigns in operation, customers will achieve optimized results and greater success in their goals.

 

Increase in the requirement for creating operations on dedicated servers #

  • From now on, in order to create an operation within a dedicated server, a minimum of 25 licenses will be required.

 

Addition of actions to the Audit Log #

  • The action of exporting campaigns will be documented in the audit log tool of Wolkvox Manager.
  • Remember that to access the Audit Log, you must follow the following path:
    • Wolkvox Manager Settings > “Audit Log” Tab > Select start and end dates > Click the “View” button
  • With this enhancement, you gain transparency and traceability in the actions performed within operations.

    Changes made to two features in the configuration of the Mr. Wizard tool will be recorded in the Audit Log section of Wolkvox Manager:

  1. Activating the automatic chat corrector.
  2. Selection of routing points associated with Mr. Wizard – Business logic.

   

 

New API to retrieve notifications from Wolkvox Manager #

  • This new API allows you to retrieve notifications generated through the “Wolkvox Notification” component of Wolkvox Studio within a date range that you can define.
