This component allows agents to transfer calls or conduct conferences from the Agentbox script. Using it provides greater efficiency, enhanced collaboration, improved customer experience, cost and training time reduction, as well as a complete record of interactions. It is located within the component group called ‘Basics’ and is only available for Agent Scripting.
