This component allows agents to transfer calls or conduct conferences from the Agentbox script. Using it provides greater efficiency, enhanced collaboration, improved customer experience, cost and training time reduction, as well as a complete record of interactions. These benefits contribute to optimizing performance and service quality in the contact center.

It is located within the component group called ‘Basics’ and is only available for Agent Scripting.

Note: This component does not have a configuration window; you simply need to place it in the script step where you require it.
