This component allows you to play a customized menu if a certain condition has been met before reaching this component.
It is located within the component group called “Basics” and is only available for voice routing.

 


 

Configuration #

  1. In the “Menu Message” field, select the audio message that will welcome the menu. This audio should be pre-recorded.
  2. In the “Attempts” field, enter the maximum number of attempts allowed.
  3. In the “Audio” field, select the audio that will be assigned to a variable.
  4. In the “Variable” field, select the variable or option associated with it. The variables range from 0 to 9.
  5. The “Play” button, represented by a green arrow icon, allows you to play the selected audio. This does not play the welcome message.
  6. The “Rec” button, represented by a red circle icon, allows you to open a tool to upload or record an audio directly from here.
  7. Click on “Add item” once you have selected the audio and assigned variable.
  8. The table will display all the audios assigned to each variable.
  9. Click on “Save” to apply the changes.
