Automatic chat copy to wolkvox Storage #

Starting with this update, wolkvox Storage (our cloud storage solution) will automatically back up your typed chats throughout the day. These records will be saved in an organized manner, with separate folders for each day.

  • New operations: This feature will be available immediately upon activation of the wolkvox Storage service.
  • Existing operations: For existing operations already using wolkvox Storage, automatic chat backups will begin after the update that introduces this functionality.

With this new feature, you’ll optimize data security and accessibility by automatically saving typed chats to wolkvox Storage in a structured, accessible format. This facilitates auditing, historical queries, and rapid recovery of conversations, ensuring data protection and compliance with internal or regulatory data retention policies.

 

 

Chat preview in Wolkvox Storage #

We have implemented the ability to preview .HTML files, allowing users to view chat content directly from wolkvox Storage. This preview includes:

  • Sent and received messages.
  • Multimedia files, such as images and voice messages, associated with the chat messages.

Thanks to this new feature, you can quickly review conversation content without needing to download files. This saves time, improves data review efficiency, and simplifies the management of stored interactions by providing an immediate view of messages and associated files for each chat.

 

 

Support for daylight saving time in the “Date now!” component #

The “Date now!” component now automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time when selecting a GMT timezone that uses these changes.

This ensures that scheduled operations based on time conditions are accurate and up-to-date. This eliminates errors caused by seasonal variations, optimizing workflow accuracy and consistency in customer interactions. Additionally, it reduces the need for manual adjustments, streamlining time management within operation configurations and improving the end-user experience by respecting the correct time according to the season.

 

 

New API for deleting training files in Mr. Wizard #

We’ve introduced a new API that allows you to delete training files uploaded to Mr. Wizard. This new API streamlines Mr. Wizard’s training management by enabling the quick removal of unwanted or outdated training files. This improves operational efficiency and ensures that the AI’s responses are based on up-to-date data.

We’ve introduced a new API for efficiently filtering both preview and predictive campaigns in wolkvox Manager. This allows users to apply custom search criteria to campaign records. By enabling personalized searches within campaigns, this API improves efficiency in managing and retrieving data relevant to contact center operations. This facilitates more informed decision-making and a better user experience when working with specific campaigns.

We’re excited to announce that Romanian has been added as a supported language in wolkvox Manager. Users can now select Romanian from the language dropdown menu in their profile settings (top right corner, “Manage Profile” tab). This new feature enhances accessibility and usability for our Romanian-speaking users, allowing them to interact with the platform in their native language.
