Modification for records in preview campaigns #

  • Previously, preview campaigns had three fields for phones associated with a record.
  • From this version onwards, preview campaign records will have 10 phone fields and an additional field for another phone.
  • Remember that the first phone column will always be mandatory for the campaign upload to be successful. The other phone columns are optional. Phone columns must have at least 7 numeric digits.
  • You should also keep in mind that in preview campaigns, you must specify the agent ID to which you want to assign a record. This is the last column called “agent_id”.
  • Important: This modification also affects the APIs related to preview campaigns.

  • In campaign report number 5 called “Preview call detail x call”, not all the phone numbers in the record will be displayed, only the phone numbers in the record that were called will be shown.”
