New routing points dashboard for reports in Power BI #

  • Starting from this version, the “Self service & Routing points” tab was added to the Power BI dashboard that you can download in the wolkvox Manager integrations.
  • The main objective of this new panel is to detail the options through which your customers navigated. This applies to all types of routing points such as voice, chat, and interactions.
  • This new tab has the following noteworthy options:
    • Operation filter.
    • Routing point filter.
    • Channel type filter.
    • Menu option filter.
    • Channel usage measurement.
    • Routing points usage measurement.
    • Menu options usage measurement.
    • Menu option measurement per hour.
  • Remember that to download the Power BI file, you must go to the following path: wolkvox Manager ➡️ Settings ➡️ Integrations ➡️ BI
  • With this new feature in wolkvox Manager, you will have a detailed and analytical view of your customers’ behavior when interacting with your routing points.

 

 

Important modification regarding dashboards in Excel Power Pivot #

  • Starting from this version, the option to download reports in Excel Power Pivot format will begin to be phased out. Only the option to obtain reports in Power BI format will be available.
  • Thanks to this update, reports will be better integrated into a single file format.

 

 

JSON formatted responses from the General NLP component #

  • The General NLP component now features a checkbox called “JSON Format” in its configuration panel. By activating this checkbox, you will enable the component to deliver responses in JSON format.
  • Remember that this component is available in the component group called “Cognitive”.
  • Thanks to this update, you can more easily extract the information you need from the responses of this component.
