Sending Text Messages (SMS) in the United States #

  • Starting from this version, you will be able to send text messages (SMS) to customers with phone numbers belonging to the United States. To use this new functionality, you need to use the “SMS” component within the “SMS – USA” tab.
  • This new tab within the component will only be displayed if the operation has an SMS connector configured for the United States.
  • In the configuration window of this component, you will have the following options:
    • SMS Conector: You must select a connector configured for use within the United States. You should create this connector with the help of the support team.
    • Country + phone: Country code plus the phone number.
    • Message: Write the message to send. You can include variables.
    • Link Shortcut File: Here you can paste a link to a file you want to send in the text message.
  • Note: This new tab is available for “Voice (IVR)”, “ChatBot”, “Interactions”, and “CRM + Webhook + Cron + AutoQAi + Mr Wizard” routing points.
