New permission to edit cases #

A new profile permission has been introduced in the Cases module within wolkvox CRM to provide greater flexibility in case editing. Previously, only the case owner could modify information and see the “Save” button when making changes. Now, a new “All users can edit” profile permission has been added. If this option is enabled for a profile, any user with that profile assigned can edit and modify information for all cases.

This enhances team collaboration by allowing multiple users to update case information without ownership restrictions. This optimizes operational efficiency and reduces case management time, better adapting to the needs of operations that require a collaborative approach.
