New Option in Typification Settings #

A new feature has been introduced, impacting all modules with a typification button. Users can now enable or disable the “Mandatory Typification When Saving a Record” option using a toggle button.

This feature allows for greater workflow flexibility by customizing whether typification is required when saving a record in the system.

When the “Mandatory Typification When Saving a Record” toggle is enabled, the system will require users to perform typification before saving a record.

When disabled, users can save records without typifying, streamlining processes where typification is unnecessary.

This enhancement improves operational efficiency and system adaptability, enabling CRM administrators to decide if typification is a mandatory step based on team and business priorities. It accelerates workflows in non-critical scenarios while ensuring critical interactions are properly documented when typification is required.

Note: If an agent uses the “ACW Typification” (After Call Work) button instead of the “Save” button, typification will always be mandatory regardless of the toggle setting. This exception ensures that typification is required in all post-interaction (ACW) processes.
