  • Starting from this version, Wolkvox Agent allows viewing stickers sent by the customer in the chat.
  • Thanks to this innovation, agent-customer interaction is increased.
  • Note: This functionality applies only to Cloud API type WhatsApp connectors. It enables the reception of static and animated stickers.

 

 

 

Optimization in file visualization #

  • The design of messages that include files has been improved. You can now see the name of the file next to a visually appealing icon that represents the file type.
  • Messages that include PDF files have a button to view the file without downloading it.
  • Thanks to this innovation, the necessary adjustments have been made to have an attractive visual display of messages with attached files.
  • Note: This novelty applies only to Cloud API type WhatsApp connectors.

 

 

  1. To preview the PDF file, click on ‘View in another tab’.
  2. A new ‘Wolkvox Files’ window will open with the entire content of the selected PDF file.

 

 

Instagram chat optimization #

  • The Instagram connector now allows storing images, audios, videos, and posts that customers send during their interactions with chatbots. This way, agents receiving the chats can access the multimedia history of the conversation.
  • Thanks to this enhancement, optimal interaction management is facilitated to have a complete context of them.
  • In the following image, you can see an example of a post sent by a client to the agent. To preview an Instagram post, click on ‘Post shared’.

 

 

Clicking on ‘Post shared’ will open a new window with the image of the Instagram post sent by the client to the agent in the chat.

 

 

Referenced campaign message #

  • Starting from this version, when a customer responds to a WhatsApp message sent from a campaign, the agent will have the message to which the customer responded fixed.
  • Thanks to this enhancement, the conversation context is expanded, offering more tool personalization.
