Configuration #

  1. You can enter an extension number that exists in your operation or a mobile phone number. The client will be transferred to that extension or phone number.
  2. Apply the changes made.

It can be used in cases where it is necessary to transfer to the agent’s personal phone number, for example, if a visit is required
