This component allows us to enter tones within the IVR automatically. It can be configured with tones, numbers, or variables, making it ideal for entering menu options or extensions.
It is located in the component group called “Basics” and is available only for the “Voice” routing type.
Configuration #
- You can select a digit from the list, manually enter a number, or use a variable.
- Click on the “Save” button to apply the changes.
