This component saves the recording of the customer when they accept the terms and conditions related to a product or service. You must write a script for the agent and a possible response. The agent will see a button to start recording when the customer needs to accept terms and conditions via voice.

It is located in the group of components called “Basic” and is only available for Agent Scripting.
