Sending static and animated stickers from wolkvox Agent #

  • Starting from this version, you will be able to send both static and animated stickers from the wolkvox Agent application (desktop and web version) as long as a WhatsApp connector of Cloud API type is used. The image must meet the following specifications:
    • Image size must be 512 x 512 pixels.
    • Image file size must not exceed 100KB.
    • Image format must be WebP (.webp)
  • Thanks to this new feature, additional functionalities are obtained, increasing interaction between agents and customers.

 

 

Change in the display of comment threads on Instagram #

  • Before this version, only the main comments of each post were displayed. Starting from this version, you will be able to see comment threads on each post.
  • For every scroll or downward movement, 10 more comments will be loaded.
  • If the interaction being replied to is part of a thread (i.e., a reply to a main comment), the referenced thread will be opened immediately.
  • Thanks to this new feature, greater context, quick access to information, ease of navigation, and participation optimization are achieved.

 

 

Transfer of chats between agents and skills #

  • Now you can transfer chats to any active agent or skill (group of agents) in your operation.
  • Remember that to access this section, you should go to Dashboard > Chat & Interactions. Then, click on one of the active chats, and the window that allows transferring chats will open.
  • Thanks to this new feature, the equitable distribution of workload is facilitated, and the timely resolution of customer queries and issues is optimized.
