This component allows sending information through the “User-to-user” variable belonging to the SIP information package in a telephone frame.

Note: It is important to emphasize that you need assistance from wolkvox to use this component.

 

Configuration #

In the component configuration, you will have:

  1. Selected item: The variable “User-to-User” is automatically selected. It is not possible to change this variable since it allows transferring information in a telephone frame.
  2. Write the name of the variable that contains the information you want to send through the “User-to-User” variable.

 

 

For example, in the following image, you can see that the component has been used to transfer information in the variable captured in the IVR to a telephone exchange using the “Transfer” component.
