This component is used to record the customer’s voice. The audio is encoded in base64 and stored in a variable. To play the recorded audio, the “Play audio” component should be used.
It is located in the “Basics” component group and is available only for the “Voice” routing type.

 

Configuration #

  1. Enter the duration of the audio recording.
  2. Enter the variable where the audio will be stored.
  3. Enable or disable the “beep” sound to play or not play at the start and end of the recording.
  4. Apply the configured settings.
